• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Items must be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

• Original tags (if applicable) must be attached.

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

• Items returned after 30 days

Care Instructions Disclaimer

All garments include care instructions. Failure to follow the provided care instructions voids eligibility for refunds or replacements.We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling.

Refunds & Replacements

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or replaced, at our discretion.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Care Instructions (Vinyl & DTF Decals)

To preserve the longevity of your LLDR glassware, please follow these care guidelines:

• Hand wash only

• Use lukewarm water and mild soap

• Avoid abrasive sponges or scrubbers

• Do not soak the glass

• Do not place in dishwasher or microwave

• Avoid extreme temperature changes

Failure to follow care instructions may cause the decal to lift, crack, or fade and will void eligibility for refunds or replacements.
